Once you have created your Guest account, an email will be sent to you the day the online sale opens. All you have to do is click on the ‘access the sale’ button.
Make sure that the sale is open and that you are logged in to your GUEST account.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item purchased in an online sale.
To return an item, simply log in to your Guest account at https://alaia.guestplateform.com/ or from your order confirmation email.
When you are connected to your Guest account, you will be redirected to ‘My events’, then click on the ‘Access’ button for the Alaia sale.

Our customer service is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and on Sundays from 8am to 2pm (closed on Saturdays).
