ARLETTIE ONLINE SAS
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale”) govern all relations between ARLETTIE Online (hereinafter “Arlettie Online”, “Arlettie” or the “Seller”) and the person (hereinafter the “Customer”) who orders one or more products on the website arlettie.com (hereinafter the “Website”).
Arlettie organises exclusive private sales events, in showrooms and online, together with the greatest luxury houses, fashion houses and prestigious brands. These events are intended for our Customers all over the world.
Access to online events is strictly reserved for registered users who have previously received a personal invitation email.
Special conditions may apply to Arlettie members and VIPs, to employees of the Houses or to their friends in connection with specific sales events, of which they will be informed.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale specifically govern the events organised online by Arlettie Online.
Any order placed on fendi-shop.guestplateform.com implies the prior and unrestricted acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are governed by French law. By ticking the box: “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale”, the user therefore confirms that they have read and accepted these general terms and conditions. If the box provided for this purpose is not ticked, the Customer will not be able to place an order.
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer and Arlettie are individually or collectively referred to as the “Party” or the “Parties”.
In the event of a contradiction between the general terms and conditions of sale and the special conditions applicable to a sale, the provisions contained in the document setting out the special conditions shall prevail.
Arlettie reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in force on the day the order is placed. By placing an order on fendi-shop.guestplateform.com, the Customer certifies that they are a non-trading adult natural person acting for their personal needs; they acknowledge that they have full capacity to enter into commitments under these general terms and conditions of sale when carrying out transactions on fendi-shop.guestplateform.com. Article 4 – Ordering on the Website – Acceptance of the offer
The Website is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except for maintenance operations.
Sales are accessible on the days and at the times communicated to Registered Users, Members and VIPs. These dates and times are sent to them by email and may also be displayed on the Website.
The acceptance and confirmation of the order on our Website are subject to prior registration, as described in Article 3 of these terms and conditions, as well as to compliance with the day and times defined for each sale.
The acceptance and confirmation of the order are carried out through a series of data entries on successive screen pages:
- Logging in to one's personal account by entering one's email address and password
- Selecting the E-SHOP link, located in the menu at the top of the page, and accessing the current sale
- Selecting items and adding the chosen products to the basket
- Confirming the order basket and accepting these general terms and conditions of sale
- Entering one's contact details + confirming the type of delivery
- Pre-contractual information
- Choosing the payment method and confirming the choice of payment method
As indicated on the Website, products added to the basket are not reserved. Only payment confirms the order placed.
The sale and delivery of any Product are subject to stock availability.
Each sale may be subject to restrictions concerning the number of Products or the categories of Products that may be purchased per Customer and per sale (“Quotas”). These restrictions must be strictly complied with.
Before any confirmation, the buyer will have been duly informed of the shipping times, in accordance with Article L.111.1 of the French Consumer Code.
As soon as the Customer's payment is accepted, a confirmation email of their order will be sent, summarising all the items ordered, the billing and delivery address as well as the shipping date.
The confirmation of the order by the Customer and the order confirmation sent to the latter by email by Arlettie, following acceptance of the payment, constitute the conclusion of a sales contract between the parties and acceptance of these GTCS.
Product Information
Product information and prices will be displayed on the website fendi-shop.guestplateform.com.
Arlettie is not the manufacturer of the products sold on the website fendi-shop.guestplateform.com. Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of the product information on our website, the packaging and materials of the actual products may contain additional information or information that differs from that displayed on the website fendi-shop.guestplateform.com.
The product information on the website is provided for guidance only. Customers should not rely exclusively on this information and should consult the labels, warnings and instructions accompanying the product before using it.
Exceptional unavailability of a product after order confirmation
-
if the unavailability concerns all of the products ordered, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the customer will be refunded all sums paid (product(s) + related delivery costs) within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the one used, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise;
-
if the unavailability is partial, only the available products will be delivered. The sums paid for the unavailable products will be refunded under the same conditions.
Article 5 – Price & Payment
The price of each Product displayed on the Website includes all applicable taxes, to which are added shipping costs, taxes and customs duties (where applicable), depending on the Customer's order and local regulations, as indicated to the Customer before payment of the order.
The price of the Products purchased must be paid in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer.
Payment is made online using the following payment methods: PayPal and Apple Pay accounts, American Express, Diners, Discover, JBC, MasterCard and VISA for all countries.
The following additional payment methods are also available depending on the country: Alipay HK, GrabPay, Kakao, KCP, Klarna, Mistercash, MOLPay, online bank transfer and Twint.
The authorisation request for the card debit is made at the time the order is confirmed on the Website, except in the event of server unavailability. Arlettie reserves the right to make a new debit authorisation request in the event that the first one could not be completed due to server unavailability.
In the event of a payment default, an incorrect address or any other problem with the Customer's account, Arlettie reserves the right to block the Customer's order until the problem is resolved.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-11 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer will receive, at the latest upon delivery, for each of the items, written confirmation of the price paid, detailing the price of the items, the delivery costs, and the taxes and customs duties charged to them where applicable.
Security of payment transactions
Arlettie implements all necessary means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the banking data transmitted on the Website. The latter is equipped with an online payment security system enabling the Customer's data to be encrypted. Payment information is transmitted in accordance with the highest security standards. The transmission of banking data is guaranteed by Arlettie's partner: Shopify Payment and Global E. These technical service providers do not handle disputes relating to orders, which are dealt with directly by Arlettie.
All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol: this data cannot be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time does the Customer's financial data pass through Arlettie's computer system. Shopify Payment and Global E verify that the connection with the Customer's browser is secure before sending the payment form to the banking institution that carries out the financial transaction.
Article 6 – Delivery
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Arlettie is able to deliver to all countries unless otherwise specified by the partner brands. By default, invoices are made available on the Customer's account.
Arlettie offers the following types of delivery:
- “Standard” delivery in France (including Corsica) may be chosen.
- “Pick-up point” delivery in France (including Corsica) may be chosen.
- International delivery with DHL, the price of which depends on the country of delivery.
The price of delivery may vary depending on the sales and the nature of the products shipped.
It is important to note that the price of delivery is always precisely indicated during the purchase journey and on a dedicated line in the checkout process before the payment step.
Three different methods of fulfilling sales are operated by Arlettie:
- Arlettie holds the products in its warehouses ahead of the sale. In this case, shipping takes place within 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment of the order.
- Arlettie waits for the partner brand to deliver the products to its warehouses at the end of the sale. In this case, shipping takes place within 10 to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment of the order.
- The partner brand holds the stock and ships the products from its own warehouses. To find out the shipping time, it is necessary to refer to the special conditions specific to each Event.
It is important to note that these times are always specified during the purchase journey and at the order confirmation.
For each sale put online, Arlettie systematically specifies the shipping time, that is to say, the maximum time for handing over the Customer's order to the carrier.
Delivery times are defined according to the delivery zone:
- In France: delivery within 3 to 6 working days from the shipping date confirmed to the Customer during their purchase journey and in their order confirmation. As soon as the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive by email a link enabling them to track the progress of their order.
- Internationally: delivery within 10 to 15 working days from the shipping date confirmed to the Customer during their purchase journey and in their order confirmation. As soon as the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive by email a link enabling them to track the progress of their order.
From the time of delivery, the risks are transferred to the Customer.
Late delivery
If the delivery time is exceeded by more than 30 days after the date of purchase and this is not justified by a case of force majeure, the Customer may - if they so wish - request the cancellation of the sale and obtain, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days from the termination of the contract, the refund of the sums paid in connection with the sale.
Damaged parcel
Arlettie invites the Customer to refuse to accept a damaged parcel or to express reservations to the carrier if the condition of the parcel or its weight appears abnormal (parcel damaged, opened, repackaged, abnormally light, etc.). Failure to record reservations with the delivery person could, depending on the facts, result in no refund being made.
Lost parcel
If, within seven (7) working days following the dispatch of their order, the Customer has still not received their parcel, nor a delivery notice, nor precise information via the online tracking of their parcel, the Customer must contact Arlettie Customer Service as soon as possible, via the contact form.
Arlettie's customer service will then open an investigation with the carrier and the Customer will receive an email informing them that an investigation has been opened.
If the parcel is found, it will be immediately reshipped to the Customer, who will be informed immediately. If the parcel is considered lost, Arlettie will refund the full amount of the order from the end of the investigation conducted with the carrier, which may take up to 30 working days.
Article 7 - Return of Products
7.1. Exercising the right of withdrawal
Withdrawal period – exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The Customer has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of the entire order.
The 14-day period mentioned above runs from the day after the day of delivery of the order confirmed by the Customer. This 14-day period begins at the first hour of the day after the day of delivery and ends at the expiry of the last hour of the last day of the 14-day period.
If this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public or non-working holiday, it is then extended until the first following working day.
During this period, the Customer may return undamaged Products without having to give reasons or pay any penalty. In the case of Products received damaged, the procedure set out in Article 7.3 will apply.
The products must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, undamaged, not having been worn for an extended period, and accompanied by all their accessories, instructions, labels and presentation packaging
All Products may be subject to withdrawal, except those excluded by law under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for example Products that have been personalised at your request, Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. worn tights), etc.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, Arlettie Online will refund all sums paid, including the initial standard delivery costs but excluding return costs, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw. However, ARLETTIE ONLINE reserves the right to defer the refund until the products have actually been recovered or until you have provided proof of shipment of the products, the date used being that of the first of these events.
Withdrawal / return procedures
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer can go to the “My Account” area, select the order and the items concerned by the return request and generate the return slip available in this section. If the return slip is not available in the “My Account” area, the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service via the contact form which will send them their slip by email.
The Customer must then return the Products to Arlettie, accompanied by the return slip issued, no later than fourteen (14) days following their withdrawal, either:
- By post (La Poste) to the following address:
CROSSLOG pour ARLETTIE ONLINE
ZA d’Arvigny
104 rue Denis Papin
77550 MOISSY-CRAMAYEL
- At a pick-up point of their choice, accompanied by the return shipping label previously generated.
Return costs are borne by the Customer. The cost of the prepaid label on the return slip will be deducted from the refund.
Special case of frequent returns
Arlettie must reconcile the legal right of withdrawal granted for any online purchase (for which the product benefits from this right) with other considerations such as the environmental impact of its activity. With this in mind, the number of returns made by each customer cannot be unlimited. We therefore reserve the right to close your Arlettie account and, consequently, to refuse future orders in the event of an abnormally high number of returns.
Special case of sales with conditional discounts
Some sales grant additional discounts that are conditional on a number of items purchased in the same sale. The details of how to obtain these discounts are systematically specified for each sale concerned.
Where an order has been placed with an additional discount linked to the simultaneous purchase of a predetermined number of items, the return of one or more items by the Customer may have the effect of ending the discount, where the number of items required for the application of this discount is no longer reached. The refund made to the Customer will take into account, where applicable, the fact that the discount is no longer applicable and the difference will therefore be deducted from the amount refunded to the Customer for the returned items.
Arlettie undertakes to refund all sums due (excluding return costs) within a maximum of 14 working days after receipt of the Product in its warehouses. This period may be extended if the return slip does not correspond to the returned order or in the absence of such a slip.
The refund will be made via the payment method used for the returned order.
Any risk associated with the return of the product is borne by the Customer.
Special case of dangerous goods (perfumes and fragrances)
International authorities such as the UNECE and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations classify products containing fragrances and perfumes as dangerous goods, which are subject to strict shipping requirements.
The process for returning so-called dangerous goods that have been delivered to a Customer internationally differs from that for non-dangerous goods, as no returns are permitted, and the right of withdrawal does not apply. Only refund requests for non-compliant or defective products, or disputes related to delivery, will be accepted. This restriction applies only to international Customers.
Customers delivered in France therefore benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of so-called dangerous products.
7.2. Special case of a product missing on delivery
If a product is missing when unpacking the order, the Customer must contact Arlettie Customer Service as soon as possible via the contact form.
A sworn written statement, the details of which will be specified, will then be requested from the Customer by Arlettie Customer Service in order to assess the request.
7.3. Special case of a non-compliant Product
Arlettie recommends that the Customer check their order at the time of delivery and, in the event that a delivered Product is non-compliant (wrong Product, defective, damaged or incomplete Product), make written reservations no later than three (3) days following this delivery, to Arlettie Customer Service via the contact form
In all cases, the provisions set out in Article 8.1 on legal guarantees will apply. Thus, the non-compliant Product delivered may only be replaced, subject to its availability. Nevertheless, if the new Product received does not suit the Customer, they may exercise, where applicable, their right of withdrawal within the remaining period.
For Products reported as non-compliant within three (3) days of delivery, Arlettie allows the Customer to exercise their right of withdrawal and obtain a refund of the non-compliant product and the return costs in accordance with the provisions of Article 7.1, without going through replacement. In the case of an order containing only one item that is non-compliant, the delivery costs will also be refunded.
Article 8 – Guarantee
8.1 Legal guarantees
All products sold on the website benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing the Customer to return delivered Products that are defective or non-compliant.
The Customer has two years from delivery to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity by indicating to Arlettie's customer service, via its contact form, the nature of the non-conformity observed, without having to prove that the defect existed at the time of receipt.
The Customer may request the repair, replacement or, if this is not possible, the refund of the product as provided for by Article L217-9 of the French Consumer Code. Due to the ephemeral nature of the event-based sales organised by Arlettie and the absence of permanent stock, replacing an item is difficult to achieve. In this case, a refund will be offered to the Customer in accordance with the law. In order to facilitate any replacement, Arlettie advises the Customer, without this limiting their rights, to check the product upon receipt and to report any anomaly to Arlettie Customer Service within three (3) working days.
In this case, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the Product, subject to cost conditions and depending on available stock. If these two solutions cannot be implemented within 30 days of the Customer's request, Arlettie will proceed with a full refund upon return of the product.
It should be noted that the legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted by the manufacturer or Arlettie.
Furthermore, if the Customer decides to implement the guarantee against hidden defects in the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, they may choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price. It is up to the Customer to prove that the defect existed before delivery of the product and was not apparent at the time of delivery.
8.2. Commercial guarantees
The items sold online by Arlettie cannot give rise to a commercial guarantee known as the manufacturer's guarantee, since the company Arlettie is not a party to it. Thus, all products put online are excluded from said commercial guarantee. Consequently, no buyer may claim the benefit of said guarantee.
The manufacturer's guarantee may be indicated on the product description sheet at the time of sale on the Arlettie website. The scope and duration of this commercial guarantee vary according to the brands and manufacturers.
The contractual guarantee granted by the manufacturer is that usually granted by the supplier to its customers. In all cases, Arlettie cannot be held liable in the event of the manufacturer's refusal to apply its guarantee.
In any event, the commercial guarantee will be refused for any product modified, repaired, integrated or added to by the buyer or any other person not authorised by the supplier of said product or service. It will also not cover products damaged during transport or through improper use.
Article 9 – Personal data

Article 12 – Force majeure
Force majeure events as defined by French legislation and case law which make it absolutely impossible for Arlettie to perform the sales contract under the conditions provided for constitute a cause for suspension or extinction of Arlettie's obligations. Arlettie cannot then be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of the occurrence of one of the events mentioned above.
If the force majeure event continues beyond one month from its occurrence, the Parties may notify each other by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt of the cancellation of the order, without entitlement to compensation on either side.
Article 13 – Mediation - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
